A three-piece alternative rock band from Chennai, Skrat has been in the live music circuit for almost nine years. While the band has succeeded in attracting fans with their high energy performance, the band has recently collaborated with yet another power packed performers Vishal Dadlani and Farhan Akhtar.
A three-piece alternative rock band from Chennai, Skrat has been in the live music circuit for almost nine years. While the band has succeeded in attracting fans with their high energy performance, the band has recently collaborated with yet another power packed performers Vishal Dadlani and Farhan Akhtar.
The trio has composed a promotional track Mutant Machha (listen on Left)for the TV premiere of X-Men: Days of Future Past. The band composed a scratch for the song which was later built upon by Dadlani and Akhtar. Even after the premiere of the movie, the song is still acquiring views on the YouTube channel. Skrat is also the first indie band to be part of FarOut Media’s initiative of narrowing a gap between indie artist and film musicians.
